Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.
