How to recognise our emails
We send from two addresses, every link we send goes to traveldeals.com, and we never ask for your card details or a password by email, phone or chat.
The two addresses we send from
- alerts@traveldeals.com sends the automatic emails: booking confirmations, cancellations, the reminder before your stay, price alerts and watch confirmations.
- hello@traveldeals.com is a person. Replying to any of our emails reaches this address, and messages a person writes to you come from it.
Both show the sender name TravelDeals. An email from any other address is not from us.
What our links look like
Every link and image in our emails is on https://traveldeals.com. The link to your booking starts with https://traveldeals.com/booking/ and opens it without an account or a password. If a link in an email that looks like ours goes anywhere else, don’t open it.
What we will never ask for
We never ask for your card details, a password or a one-time code by email, phone or chat. Payment only happens on our checkout page before you book, and a booking email never asks you to pay again or to “confirm” a card.
The charge for a booking is made by our booking partner, so your card statement may show their name rather than TravelDeals.
If something looks wrong
Don’t reply and don’t click. Forward the message to hello@traveldeals.com, and we will tell you whether it came from us. For anything else, see contact.
