- If you are arriving outside reception hours, you must pre-pay the Security Deposit via a valid Credit Card, and arrange for an after-hour check-in. On your day of arrival, we will provide/text you with a Code for our key safe at the Front Entry Door, which will dispense your key. There is a $15.00(AUD) fee for any arrival after 8.00PM. This fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Please ensure we have your Mobile Phone Contact Details to advise the Access Code.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
