- Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:
- - Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- - Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.
- Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.
- **Group Bookings Policy**
- Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.
- **Children's Facilities**
- A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
- Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.
- **Housekeeping**
- Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
